Access to and use of the HalaTax platform is subject to these Terms of Service. By creating an account or using any services, users agree to be bound by these terms and any future amendments.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Certain services may have additional age or jurisdictional restrictions.

Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• All activities conducted under their account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration
• Promptly updating account information

Permitted Use

The platform may be used solely for lawful personal or authorized business purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to circumvent security measures

Services and Limitations

HalaTax provides payment processing, token exchange, and related financial services. The platform reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with notice
• Impose transaction limits
• Refuse service to any user when necessary

Fees and Payments

Applicable fees for transactions and services are displayed at the point of use. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

HalaTax and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Halatack Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

HalaTax reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
